Howard Hobson has over 30 years of accomplishments in the entertainment industry. Previously, Howard was CEO of Funk Gumbo Radio, a 24/7 African-American funk/rock internet radio station with listenership in over ninety-five countries. Prior to entering the internet radio business, Howard was Vice President of New Deal Productions. While at New Deal he served as Executive Producer on New Line Cinema's romantic comedy Woo starring Jada Pinkett-Smith, Tommy Davidson, Dave Chappelle, and LL Cool J. Prior to joining New Deal Productions, Howard worked as a Creative Executive for Touchstone Pictures. Howard started his professional career on the Fox Network as a producer on "Pump It Up", a groundbreaking interactive hip-hop music video show. Howard holds a BA from USC's School of Cinema-Television.

Vanessa Garrett is a system vice president, Compliance and Audit, and system privacy officer for Norton Healthcare. Vanessa joined Norton Healthcare as research legal counsel in 2013 and was promoted to senior research legal counsel in 2017. During the past five years, she has served as lead counsel on all matters pertaining to research. Prior to that, she held positions with KentuckyOne Health and the University of Louisville.
